The hotel is just a short stroll from the seafront, making it perfect for families with children. We enjoyed our stay, especially taking the kids to the Boxing Day matinee at the nearby theatre. The staff were accommodating and our spacious family room was a hit with the kids.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options. A wider menu selection would help families like ours who might need quick meals after a day of exploring.

I stayed for one night whilst racing at Eastbourne Triathlon and really appreciated how they let us securely store our bikes and offered flexibility with parking. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge areas and enjoyed my coffee in the garden during my downtime. The only hiccup was the cleaning staff knocking a bit too early before breakfast, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

A suite with two rooms provided exceptional space, with a quality mattress and pillows enough to satisfy even the pickiest. The room's decor and the perfectly equipped bathroom made for a visually appealing and functional experience. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant offered some top-tier culinary delights, all just a short walk from local attractions.
The absence of a bedroom bin felt inconvenient during my stay, making it awkward to dispose of tissues and hankies. The lower ground suite had a minor downside, as the cleaners starting at 7:30 a.m. interrupted the peaceful atmosphere. A decor update might be welcome for making the space feel fresher, though it's otherwise impeccably clean and comfortable for a stay.
